Hi, I'm Brenda, with a "B". Being involved in the fitness industry most of my life I have to admit I was skeptical of this "Zumba" that I was hearing so much about. One night as I was home complaining that the dryer seemed to be shrinking my clothing; I decided to give it a go. WOW! Between the music and the energy in the room, the nervousness that I had felt walking in was totally forgotten in less than five minutes. Near the end of the hour I took time to glance around the room. These individuals were of all age groups, all different shapes and sizes, but they all seemed to have one thing in common, the smile that covered their faces from ear to ear. I had never seen so many happy people working up a sweat.

Now I'm a licensed Zumba Instructor in Mississauga and I get to enjoy watching women of all ages and sizes in my Zumba dance class throw all their inhibitions out the window and dance! And that puts a smile on my face from ear to ear! Bonus, my dryer has stopped shrinking my clothing!!! But don't take my word for it.........
